After having a great career teaching 7th grade social studies in Northfield, Minnesota for 30 years, I retired in 2022. Looking for a rewarding second act, I decided to open a hot dog stand during the summer months. This would be a way for me to generate smiles while reconnecting with former students and their parents. To give back to my community that has given me so much, I will donate 100% of the profits to local charities. Stop on by, enjoy one of these hot dogs and with the first bite, watch your smile emerge.

 If you're feeling a bit more daring, here's the chili dog (no beans) you've been waiting for. Don't forget to grab a few napkins and maybe an extra chili dog to keep your friends from eating yours.

Onions optional

It's been called, The Dog Dragged Through the Garden. You will understand why when you see this all beef dog topped with yellow mustard, chopped white onions, sweet pickle relish, dill pickle spear, tomato wedges, pickled sport peppers, and a dash of celery salt.

Ketchup strictly forbidden!

A good old fashioned hot dog just like mom used to make (or she would have if she had hot dogs this good)!            

Onions and sauerkraut optional

As much fun to say as it is to eat. Grilled red, green and yellow bell peppers, grilled onions and a tangy secret sauce.
